What counts toward your allowance

Consultations, appointment preparation, record review, provider communication, client-related documentation, and included visits count toward your monthly service allowance. We provide a time-use summary and discuss additional work before exceeding your allowance. Work is not double-counted.

Additional care coordination is $125/hour, billed in 15-minute increments with prior authorization. This applies only to additional coordination, not private home care or bedside nursing.

Your written agreement sets out payment and service terms before enrollment. Accompaniment is arranged and quoted separately unless expressly included in that agreement.
