A concierge nurse is your personal healthcare advocate, clinical expert, and care navigator in one. As highly trained and independent professionals, we work directly for you, not for a hospital or insurance company.

Our role includes providing expert clinical care in your home, including wound care, IV therapy, and medication management.
We also act as patient advocates, helping make sure your voice is heard and your questions are answered by your medical team.
We coordinate your care between specialists, hospitals, and other providers, while offering education and support to you and your family so you can make confident decisions about your health.

For a monthly retainer of $1,500, covering up to two members in the same household, this comprehensive package includes ongoing concierge nursing support and coordinated care.
24/7 Concierge Nurse Access: Receive round-the-clock healthcare guidance and support, either in person or over the phone.
Monthly Health Assessment: Benefit from a regular check-in to monitor and evaluate your health status, helping identify changes early.
Convenient Medical Appointments: Access up to two medical appointments per month within a 20-mile radius.
In-Depth Consultations: Schedule three monthly consultations, in person or via Zoom, to discuss medical management, access to care, and any concerns.
